i love you but...

i love me too!
i'll leave the rabbit food to the rabbits. by day 4 of my raw food diet i started getting muscle spasms and by day 6 i started getting dizzy spells and crazy headaches. NOT COOL! i have no idea how anyone does that diet yet alone the Master Cleanse! in any event, i'm no longer a rabbit. i've brought back carbohydrates (cooked potatoes) and protein (oh so good chic peas) into my diet. my body was literally shutting down on me. i will however refrain from junk food, dairy, meats, and sugars. the good thing i did learn from this diet is how much MORE fruits and vegetables i could implement into my diet.

I’m not particularly fond of diets, but I’m really interested. Try to not only count the calories, but also the sugar you are consuming, ass well. Three bananas for breakfast, for a girl are maybe enough calories, but they are really high on sugar. Eating a fruit meal like this can ever saik you up. Maintaining it more that 30 days – not advisable. Protein is not really necessary for you. If you want to slow your metabolism down, that is. Then you’ll eat less, need more sleep and eventually get aggravated. Check your blood sugar levels, and blood pressure if, you have a chance. Do the same when you’re done with the diet. Count the fact that 30 days are not really a long time . Keep posting :)

vegas can eat chic peas and cooked potatoes but this raw food diet is literally RAW food. no fricken balsamic vinegar or oil for my salads, no fricken canned beans or canned anything, no fricken cream of wheat, no fricken soy milk, just fricken rabbit food!
so i've opted for the vegan diet AND no junk food and sweets. Akira, i'm not sure what you're getting at with "protein is not necessary for you". it is ESSENTIAL for both the brain and body. your muscle need protein to build and rebuild muscle tissue. your brain communicates with neurotransmitters, which are made from amino acids, which is found in protein rich food.
so there :P
i'll keep ya'll posted on my fricken sanity
